DOES THE HOSTEL HAVE A MONEY EXCHANGE SERVICE?
No, the hostel does not provide this service. However, there are a number of money exchange houses and banks very close to the hostel.

WHAT TIME IS “CHECK IN”?
The 24 hrs.

WHAT TIME IS “CHECK OUT”?
Usually at 11:00 am. Under extenuating circumstances it may be stretched until 12:00am.

IS THERE A LOCKOUT TIME AND WHY?
Yes there is. This is the time of day that our personnel conduct the daily cleaning process of the dorm and common areas. We ask all our guests that they be out of the hostel between 11:00 am and 3:30 pm.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE OR AFTER HAVING BEEN A GUEST?
Of course. During your stay there is no cost. Maximum 3 hrs.

CAN I PAY WITH DOLLARS OR TRAVELERS CHECKS?
Yes you can, but only if it is the exact amount.

ARE CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED?
Yes. Master Card and Visa.

IS IT SAFE TO WALK THE STREETS LATE AT NIGHT?
The area around the hostel is considered “SAFE”, but as in all tourist locations throughout the world the best rule of thumb is “if it doesn’t look and feel safe” don’t take a chance.

CAN I GET INTO THE HOSTEL LATE AT NIGHT OR IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS?
Yes, as we have mentioned the hostel is open 24 hours a day. After 12:00 pm all you have to do is ring the bell and the security guard will let you in.

CAN I RECEIVE LONG DISTANCE CALLS AT THE HOSTEL?
Yes, of course. You can receive calls from anywhere in the world. Nationalists and international
